We’ve had American Horror Story in our lives for a decade now, and the popular franchise is branching off into all sorts of interesting new directions. Aside from the upcoming tenth season, titled American Horror Story: Double Feature, we’ll have a new spin-off series as well titled American Horror Stories. As you might be able to guess from the title of the spin-off series, it will focus on individual stories set in the American Horror Story universe with every episode. This differs from the main series which tells a different story with every season. In order to celebrate this, FX is calling this summer “American Horror Summer,” and on that note they’ve also released the first 1-minute teaser for American Horror Stories.
As you can see below, the new teaser for American Horror Stories is incredibly exciting and gives a variety of different glimpses at what’s to come. This will no doubt be a spin-off that American Horror Story fans won’t want to miss, along with the arrival of the tenth season American Horror Story: Double Feature.
We’ll likely continue seeing more American Horror Story teasers and trailers in the near future, so as such stay tuned for more information as we have it. Currently there isn’t too much else known about American Horror Stories, but it is confirmed that the series will feature a variety of familiar faces from the original American Horror Story series. This was stated by Ryan Murphy in a previous announcement, where he also confirmed the new episodes will be “delving into horror myths, legends and lore. American Horror Stories will contain seven episodes.
The first two episodes of American Horror Stories are set to premiere next month on July 15 exclusively on FX on Hulu. Meanwhile, American Horror Story: Double Feature will be premiering the month after that on August 25. So fans won’t have to be waiting for the fall to get their American Horror Story fix this year.
